A deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If customer cancels 30 days or more prior to the date of service, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days will require full payment. Should Bacchus & Barley cancel a tour or trip, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

No-Show policy: A No-Show fee equal to the trip cost will be charged when customer fails to show.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by customer will be the customer’s responsibility to repair. Any cleaning required due to stains or bodily fluids will be charged a cleaning fee of $400.

We respectfully request that no food or drink is consumed inside the vehicle with the exception of water provided by Bacchus & Barley.

Smoking is prohibited.

NO OPEN ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR VEHICLES.
